INGREDIENTS

60ml white rum
60ml coconut cream
120ml pineapple juice
Wedge of pineapple

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker or blender with a handful of ice.

2. Serve in a tall glass over ice and garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
