Real sugar cane molasses are used to make the premium Guyanese Demerara Rum. The base rum is then infused with Costa Rican pineapples. Beautifully balanced sweet pineapple and waves of warm caramel with soft Caribbean spices; cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, star anise and cardamom.

Inspire the mixologist within by trying an ‘Elixir of Passion’. Shake 50ml Arcanist Rum, 50ml pineapple juice, 30ml passion fruit juice, 25ml lime juice, 5ml passion fruit syrup, 2 tsp of honey, a few dashes of Angostura bitters and 10ml of Port floated over the top.
Looking for an after-dinner digestif? Try an ‘Elixir of Decadence’. Shake 40ml Arcanist Rum, 15ml coconut cream, 15ml chocolate liqueur (re. Baileys or Kahlua), 3ml simple syrup and 10ml egg white or foaming agent. Serve and garnish with grated nutmeg. Decadent and festive!
