My RUM arrived damaged, what now?

If your delivery was damaged before it got to you, message us with photos of the damage and the shipping label on the box, and we can arrange a refund or replacement options as appropriate. 

Where is my rum club box?

All Rum Club boxes are shipped at the start of each month, not when you placed the order. The orders are shipped on the 1st of the month and should arrive around the 7th. If you placed your order on the 1st, your first box will be with you at the start of the following month.

I have already emailed once but no reply?

We are proud of our high quality and fast customer service at The Rum Company, but unfortunately, some of our replies end up in junk or spam folders. Please check there before sending us a second email as we have almost always replies within 24 hours.
