Where is my Order?

As I’m sure you can imagine, this is a very busy time for us and Royal Mail. We are working very hard to get all your orders to you as fast as possible, but Royal Mail sometimes adds a day or two to their deliveries this time of year. We understand this isn’t perfect, but it is out of our control and still the best option we have. Sometimes this also results in delays in the tracking link working, and the tracking page button may need clicking multiple times to load due to high demand.

Please email us if your order is over 2 days past the expected delivery date.

My RUM arriveD damaged, what now?

If your delivery was damaged before it got to you, message us with photos of the damage and we can arrange a refund or replacement options as appropriate. 

Where is my rum club box?

All Rum Club boxes are shipped at the start of each month, not when you placed the order. The orders are shipped on the 1st of the month and should arrive around the 7th. If for example, your order is placed on the 1st, your first box will be with you at the start of the following month.

The Rum is a gift, can you hide the PRICE?

No problem! If you purchased rum as a gift and are posting directly to them, they won’t see any prices as we don’t post invoices to try and minimise our packaging. As the purchaser, you will receive a digital invoice via email.
