Nusa Cana Spiced Rum

Molasses are extracted from the original Javanese sugar cane, blended with natural forest filtered water high in minerals then slowly fermented with a unique red rice wild yeast. The liquid is then double-distilled in ancient Chinese steel pot stills and aged in teak hardwood barrels before being infused with exotic spices.

Exotic & prestigious

Bold & funky rum from Java is blended with six exotic spiced and flavours, then aged in ‘Jati’ teak hardwood barrels. Bold tropical fruits with spiced pineapple and fruit cake. Heat from ginger, clove, pepper spice and mace. Further distant flavours of chocolate, coffee and early nutmeg.

A funky, complex and spicy rum not for the fait hearted. Dry, exotic warming spices are well balanced by sweet tropical fruit.

Nusa Cana is perfect in long drinks, cocktails and punches.

For a simple serve, try a ‘Nusa Kola’. Simply serve 50ml Nusa Cana Spiced Rum over ice and top up with 180ml of cola of choice. Serve over ice and garnish with lime and pineapple slices.

Feeling inventive? Try the ‘Nusa Cana Painkiller’. Mix 60ml Nusa Cana Spiced Rum, 80ml pineapple juice, 30ml orange juice, 20ml coconut cream and 10ml Spiced Island Syrup. Serve over ice in the most Tiki glass you have!

Try Nusa Cana in a classic Rum Punch. Mix in a Rum Punch bowl, 240ml of Nusa Cana Spiced Rum, 180ml Darjeeling Tea, 60ml lemon juice, 200ml pineapple juice and 80ml spiced syrup. Too complex? Just add Nusa Cana Spiced Rum to equal parts of pineapple juice, orange juice and mango juice for a quick and simple Rum Punch recipe.
