The rum itself is twice pot-distilled and gently infused with a carefully selected blend of whole botanicals, spices and herbs. A delightful caramel sweetness from fig, date and tropical fruits is present, with further warmth added by notes of ginger, cinnamon, clove, star anise and a touch of all spice and vanilla.
Perfectly balanced, not over-powering nor heavily sweetened, the lightly spiced spirit allows the quality rum to shine through, delivering an easy sip. Ripping Yarns Premium Golden Spiced Rum sings just by itself at room temperature or on the rocks but is perfect for mixing too!
