Shimla Rum is an Indian-inspired, traditional spiced rum. Named after the Indian city found in the foothills of the Himalayas.
“An adventurous blend, unique to our origin”
Aged Caribbean rum is blended with the finest Indian fruit, Indian-grown botanicals and spices. Packed with the freshness of subtly sweet orange, prominent aromatic cardamon and star anise all balanced with creamy vanilla from tonka bean. The further spice from clove and nutmeg is followed by a warm, lingering finish from cinnamon, ginger, chilli and a crackle of black pepper.
Plentiful citrus oils blend with warm and aromatic spices, a balanced journey of flavour with a clear Indian influence.

Each batch is tasted to ensure the flavour remains true to the original recipe, tweaking to compensate for natural variation in the botanicals and to continuously enhance the flavour profile.
For an easy, yet delicious serve, pair it with premium ginger ale or Cola and garnish with a slice of fresh orange.
