Give the gift of Rum this Valentine’s Day.

Sadly, we’re not able to head out to a restaurant for a romantic meal this year, so why not stay in and celebrate Valentine’s with that special someone and some ‘rumantic’ cocktails (see what we did there)?. Who needs a bouquet of flowers? These cocktails are sure to make an impression and do just the trick!

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

A classic cocktail which is always well received; a vibrant slushy cocktail for getting mushy.

Blend 500mg strawberries to make a purée, then add 200g ice, 100ml White rum and juice of half a lime and blend again. Serve in chilled Martini glasses and garnish with halved strawberries. Add a touch of sugar if it’s too bitter.
