Special Breakfast Rum
Award-winning spiced rum (IWSC 2022, Silver Medal). An expertly blended base of golden rum compromising unaged and aged rum from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Venezuela is enhanced with coffee, chocolate, banana, vanilla and Tonka Bean. Further toasted notes, sweet caramel and oak from the ex-bourbon cask aged components. Luxurious, rich and sweet yet light.

Enjoy neat, over ice or pair with your favourite mixer. Feeling inventive? Try a “Special Breakfast Espresso Rumtini”. Shake 30ml Custom Spirits Special Breakfast Rum, 30ml Kahlua Coffee liqueur, 30ml Espresso and 15ml simple syrup (tsp sugar).
Rumrise
A tropical expression with a classic Caribbean flavour. A premium blended, unaged white rum base from the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. The subtle sweet and grassy notes enhance the vibrant infusion of pineapple, coconut, ginger and citrus orange and lime. Light and refreshing with a funky edge.
Enjoy Rumrise with light mixers such as tonic or lemonade with lashings of ice.
Rumrise is perfect for mixing or crafting cocktails. Try a ‘Rumrise Pina Colada’. Shake 60ml Custom Spirits Rumrise, 60ml Coconut cream and 120ml pineapple juice. Serve over ice and garnish with a slice of pineapple.

Mojo
A premium blended, unaged white rum base from the Dominican Republic and Jamaica. The subtle sweet and grassy notes enhance the vibrant infusion of lime, mint and vanilla. Light and refreshing yet packs a punch.

How else would you enjoy Mojo Rum other than a classic Mojito?! Muddle 1 tsp of sugar, a pinch of mint leaves and juice of 1 lime. Add 60ml Custom Spirits Mojo Rum, ice and top up with soda. Garnish with a sprig of freshly clapped mint.
114 Proof
‘114 proof’ meaning 57% ABV relates to the proof needed for rum to ignite, used ny sailors to ensure their rum was not watered down; hence “navy proof”.
