CUT to the Spice: strong, sweet and smooth

A beautifully balanced spiced rum voted one of GQ’s best rums of 2020. 

Trinidadian and Jamaica Park rum from Worthy Park Estate is infused with a blend of natural spices. CUT RUM do not cut corners, using only natural ingredients sourced from around the world. Sweet toasted caramel, bold vanilla bean, pancake batter, buttered fudge and oak wood produce a deep profile in CUT to the Spice. Subtle toasted orange, clove, warm cinnamon, ginger, aniseed, nutmeg and coriander seed all add mellow complexity and balance, with a bite of pepper to finish.

Or for something a little fruity, try the CUT Pineapple Express – 25 ml of CUT to the Spice mixed with 200ml pineapple juice, lime and ice. If you’re entertaining guests, a shared punch is always a good option. Try the CUT Rum Punch – mix 50ml of CUT to the Spice with 200ml of pineapple juice, 100ml ginger beer and finish with lime wedges, ice and mint sprigs. 


CUT to the Smoke: all smoke, no mirrors

A naturally infused smoked rum voted one of the 20 best rums in the world for a tropical tipple by GQ.

Three-year-old Jamaican rum is smoked with American oak chips, filtered, and finally infused with Arabica coffee and natural tobacco extract. A deep and rich profile with coffee, leather and tobacco flavours. Dark chocolate, sweet oak wood and vanilla notes give a beautiful smooth finish.

CUT to the Overproof: The strong and silent type, dangerously smooth

Trinidadian and Jamaica Park rum from Worthy Park Estate is infused with a blend of natural spices featuring vibrant vanilla, coconut, cardamom and warm cinnamon. Flavours of butterscotch, waffles and freshly baked cake create a rum that really packs a punch. 

To truly enjoy the deep flavour profile, sip neat over ice or pair with your favourite mixer.

For a delicious cocktail, try the CUT Zombie – mix 20ml of CUT to the Overproof and 20ml of CUT to the Spice with 50ml of orange juice, 50ml of pineapple juice, 25ml of lime juice, 20ml of passion fruit purée and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters. You won’t be disappointed!
