House of Rum - Diablo Spiced Rum
An award-winning spiced rum with its iconic, matt black bottle embossed with the Devil himself with burning red eyes.
The finest blend of unaged, column-still Caribbean sugarcane rum infused with a devilish blend of secret spices. Creamy, buttery vanilla, swathes of salted caramel, cinnamon toast, ginger orange and warming honey. Enduring sweetness from tropical fruits, pineapple jam, sultana and silky golden syrup. Lingering warmth from earthy nutmeg and pepper spice from pimento and clove.
Best enjoyed neat, with ginger beer or paired with a peaty/smoky scotch.
House of Rum – Diablo Charcoal Filtered Aged White Rum
An award-winning blend of charcoal-filtered, Jamaican unaged and Trinidadian and Dominica Republic aged rum in American white oak casks. A unique profile with light grassy flavours, citrus notes and herbal, liquorice notes. Some green banana creamy vanilla and white chocolate nuttiness. Further sweetness from young pineapple, green apple, pear and a hint of peppermint.
Crisp, light, elegant. Light-bodied with a soft spice profile.
Best used as a base for your favourite rum cocktail, we love it in a Rum Punch or a Jungle Bird.

An award-winning premium blend of 3 and 5 year column-still Dominican Republic Rum and a 5 year pot-still Jamaican rum. A distinguished, smooth and sweet sipping rum. Toasted brown sugar, toffee and butterscotch flavours. Smooth creamy vanilla, caramelised apple, silky-sweet honey. Further sweet dried fruit, red apple, red grape, cherry and raspberry. Subtle spice and undertones of earthy oak wood with light smokiness and notes of sherry.
Best sipped neat to savour the flavour.
