Brass Monkey

THe brass monkey made popular by the beastie boys song of the same name, is the refreshing yet stiffer cousin of the screwdriver that packs a punch.

INGREDIENTS

30ml dark rum
30ml vodka
75ml orange juice
Slice of orange

Method

1. Combine and shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

2. Strain over an ice filled glass and garnish with a slice of orange.

3. Ideal for pitchers if you scale up the measures.
