Upcycled white Russian
A twist on the classic white russian… by spiking it with rum
INGREDIENTS
25ml coffee rum
150ml vodka
150ml double cream
1 vanilla pod
Method
1. Combine the vodka, double cream and vanilla pod seeds in a jug. Float onto 25ml of coffee rum in glasses filled with ice using the back of a spoon; the cream layer should float on the coffee rum.
2. Garnish with the vanilla pod and enjoy.
