Mainbrace Rum (5cl SAMPLE)

£6.00

Named after the old naval term to ‘splice the mainbrace’ when a team of sailors would attempt to save a damaged ship mast by ‘splicing’ the mainbrace rope together. If successful the brave sailors were rewarded with double rum rations.

Mainbrace Rum splices two rums together to make one - with a blend of punchy, unaged French Agricole from La Favorite Distillerie in Martinique and a unique selection of 2-3 year aged rums from Guyana near the Demerara River. Notes of grassy sweetness, toffee, caramel, bright honey, and cinnamon blend with hints of dried apples and raisins leaving a spicy, smooth, warming finish.
