Combine 70ml Hattiers Egremont Premium Reserve Rum with 500ml cider (*Hazy Devon Cider s best), 100g Demerara Sugar, dash of vanilla essence, dash of Angostura Bitters, one finely sliced apple and two all spice berries. Warm in a saucepan over medium heat without boiling and strain into a glass serving hot.
