Named after William Gibson, the son of a smuggler and Master of the St Martins pilot cutter, navigating safe passage around the treacherous coast around the Isles of Scilly.
A premium, small-batch golden rum gently distilled and aged on-site at the Isles of Scilly’s first rum distillery, infused with local ingredients and pure Scillonian water, steeped in history. Glowing with rich notes of caramel, green grass, vanilla and light oak wood spice.
