The Rosé colour is imparted entirely from the French and Italian Oak Red Wine cask ageing and locally picked wild botanicals. The process imparts complex fruity flavours including hints of red berries, violet, gorse, summer fruits and green apple.
Light, fruity floral with herbal notes and a dry, toasted oak wood finish.
