A blend of subtropical climate rums from Panamá, Nicarágua, Costa Rica and Honduras made from sustainably sourced, super sweet sugar cane plantations; then aged in ex-bourbon oak barrels and infused with Worcestershire Honey and English Coriander.
Bright sweet honeycomb with warm fresh ginger root, zesty orange peel and smooth vanilla pod. With further notes of clove, allspice, nutmeg underpinned with subtle oak wood. A final spicy hit of coriander, cassia (aromatic cinnamon bark) and black peppercorn balances the honey sweetness.
