Feel the breeze of the atlantic on your face whilst enjoying this refreshing herbal and citrus tropical cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

30ml white rum
10ml apricot brandy
10ml Galliano herbal liqueur
45ml pineapple juice
10ml lemon juice
Slice of orange

Method

1. Mix the rum, apricot brandy, lemon juice and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. Strain into a long glass over ice, top up with Galliano and garnish with a slice of orange.
