Spiced rum hot chocolate
This sweet, spicy and spiked hot drink is ideal for long winter evenings or summer nights by the firepit.
INGREDIENTS
25ml spiced rum
50g milk chocolate
150ml whole milk
Marshmallows to garnish
Method
1. Add the milk chocolate to the simmered whole milk and stir to melt. Add the rum and warm gently. Serve in a big mug and garnish with marshmallows.
2. Add a touch of indulgence by adding 2 tsp of caramel and a pinch of sea salt to make it a salted caramel rum hot chocolate. Or add a tsp of ginger to add some more spice.
