Turkish Coffee Sour

An ideal coffee based cocktail for after dinner drinks or festive parties.


INGREDIENTS

75ml spiced rum
2 tbsp coffee grounds
20g egg whites
25ml lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
Lemon peel


Method

1. Boil up the coffee grounds with the cinnamon stick and cloves in 250ml of water, strain and leave to cool.

2. In a cocktail shaker of ice; add the spiced rum, egg whites, lemon juice and 50ml of the coffee mix. Shake well, strain into a Martini glass and garnish with lemon peel.
