Golden 5yr aged Caribbean rum is split into two batches in the cooler climate of Scotland - one batch to macerate, one batch to infuse with botanicals. The two batches are then rekindled and blended with pure Royal Deeside Spring water.
Rich with tropical fruits, Madagascan vanilla, sweet Aberdeenshire honey with light smoke and oak wood spice. Unique notes of Arabian cubeb (think allspice and black pepper) and West African Kola nut.
