Named after Bruce Christopher, an honest man as warm in character as the honey of the bees he kept.
A premium, small-batch rum gently distilled and aged on-site at the Isles of Scilly’s first and only rum distillery, infused with local Tresco honey and pure Scillonian water. The sweetness of honey with lingering citrus and a tang of the sea, steeped in history.
Sea Dogs returning home to the Isles of Scilly from far-flung corners of the world would bring back seeds which were planted in the Abbey Gardens, from New Zealand flame tree, Mexican Agave, and South African Aloe to the local Heather - which the bees use as exotic nectar to make their flavoursome honey.
