‘Started in the Caribbean, finished in Jersey’. A beautiful blend of four aged gold rums from Caribbean islands (Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Dominican Republic) infused with Pepper Dulse seaweed foraged sustainably during seasonal low tides on the coastline of Jersey.
The local delicacy Pepper Dulse seaweed, or ‘truffle of the sea’, is oak smoked and offers a mellow complexity with botanical, peppery, slightly earthy and savoury profile which enhances and balances the gold rum blend. Warming cinnamon and oak notes, with sweet toffee and brown sugar, and a touch of sea salt gives the rum a distinctive salty-sweet flavour - think salted caramel or sweet-salt popcorn.

Perfect serve: Best sipped neat or on the rocks. Or try the infamous ‘Tidal’ by mixing 50ml Tidal Rum over ice, top up with soda and garnish with fresh lime. A dash Angostura bitters and/or ginger cordial is optional, but recommended!
Feeling inventive? Try a ‘Tidal Rum Old Fashioned’. Mix 50ml Tidal Rum, 10ml Agave syrup, a grind of black pepper, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters and a drop of sea salt. Add ice and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
